Welcome to The Bowl Port Macquarie. We want everyone to have a good time, so we’ve put together a few simple house rules to keep things running smoothly. By being here, you agree to respect the space, our staff, and other guests.
Please Understand
RSA and Licensed Venue
Those patrons purchasing alcohol and/or acting as a responsible adult will need to have a valid form of ID. We accept driver or rider licences and permits issued within Australia or any foreign country, Australian and International passports, NSW photo cards, proof of age cards and Keypass identity cards.
We are serving liquor in a responsible manner and are compliant with the NSW Liquor Laws.
Outside Food or Drinks
We kindly request that you don’t bring outside food or drinks into The Bowl PMQ. We have a fully stocked kitchen and bar to meet all your needs.
Respect
Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best experience, please remember to treat them with kindness and respect.
Personal Property
The Bowl is not responsible for any personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Designated Smoking Areas for Cigarettes and E-Cigarettes
Please comply with our smoking policy of using the designated smoking area at the front entrance or at the rear entrance of The Terrace. If needed, ask our friendly staff for direction when in our venue.
Dog-Friendly Venue
Dogs on a leash are permitted at The Terrace until 5pm and to respect everyone’s space. Be sure to keep a hold of your dog’s leash so everyone is safe and happy when dining out. Please also clean up after your dogs and bring your own bags.
Activity Rules
Early Check-In
We recommed arriving 15 minutes prior to your book so you’re ready to start on time. Unfortunately, if your group arrives late we cannot guarantee you will be able to complete your booking.
Cancellations
We’re unable to give refunds for change of mind (full or partial). You can change your booking 24hrs prior to booking time by calling our team.
Damages
Please treat our venue with care. A fee may be charged to you if unreasonable damage or mess is caused by anyone in the group.
Guests may be asked to leave if they:
- are intoxication.
- behave indecently
- cause damage to the venue and it’s equipment.
- display aggression towards other guests or staff.
Ten-Pin Bowling
- Please stay behind the foul line at all times.
- Only roll one ball down the lane at a time.
- Bowling shoes much be worn while bowling and kept inside the venue.
- For your safety, keep hands away from the ball return.
- If something isn’t working, let our team know so we can help.
Karaoke Room
- If we experience unexpected technical delays, your start time may shift slightly. We’ll keep you updated.
- Intoxicated guests won’t be permitted into the Karaoke Room, refunds can’t be issued if entry is refused.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- The group will need to sign a brief acknowledgment of our Karaoke Terms & Conditions.
Electronic Darts
- One player at a time, and one dart at a time.
- Darts are to be thrown at the dart board only, handle carefully.
- After your turn, collect your darts and pass them on to the next player.
