How to bowl a bowling ball

  1. Grip: Insert your middle and ring fingers, followed by your thumb.
  2. Approach: Walk towards the lane with steady steps.
  3. Swing: Let your arm swing naturally back and forth.
  4. Release: At the line, release the ball as it reaches your ankle, keeping your arm straight and following through.
