We are sure you have seen our rebrand and shift of The Bowl Port Macquarie over this past year, whether you have been to visit recently, seen it on our social media, or on our website. We have made a lot of improvements and are continuously growing within our space.

The Bowl has two bars, one inside and one outside on The Terrace. This is why one of our top priorities was to improve our bar and cocktail menu.

It was important to us that the whole team was involved in this discussion and curation as they would be the ones making the cocktails on a Saturday night, not Sam & Jules (the Owners), or myself (the Social Media Manager). 

Over a month of creating recipes, researching different liquors, finding the perfect garnishes, and a lot of tastings (oops!) we finally have made a menu that we are proud of and hope you enjoy!

The Espresso Martini

One of our main goals was to make sure our espresso martinis were one of, or fingers-crossed, even the best in Port Macquarie. We spent a long time perfecting the original espresso martini recipe and then expanded it into our Salted Caramel Espresso Martini & Marshmallow Espresso Martini. 

As this is one of my personal favourite cocktails, I knew that good quality and fresh coffee, is what makes it an espresso martini great. Luckily enough, Sam prides himself on The Bowls coffee and we even recently got a new coffee machine.
